Si ya eres avanzada y estás preparándote para una carrera de 10 kilómetros, nosotras te ayudamos a mantener un hábito de entrenamiento saludable y sin lesiones, sobreentrenamiento o molestias.
Te acompañaremos con recetas sanas y fáciles adaptadas a cada fase del ciclo menstrual para que tengas todos los nutrientes que necesitas para sentirte bien. También trabajaremos con la nutrición los dolores causados por la regla.

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?

La aplicación gazella es una app de salud para mujeres diseñada y concebida exclusivamente para nosotras, con entrenamientos personalizados y recetas únicas adaptadas según las fases de regla del ciclo menstrual y las etapas hormonales de la mujer. La aplicación entrenadora personal también incluye vídeos de ejercicios de fuerza con los que progresar saludablemente.

Durante nuestro ciclo y etapas de la menstruación, se desarrollan síntomas asociados al ciclo menstrual y las hormonas pueden influirnos en nuestra actividad deportiva, alimentación y salud femenina. Según el calendario menstrual, la aplicación diseñará un plan de ejercicios y entrenamiento a medida adaptado a tus objetivos y capacidades.

Gazella es una app de running para mujeres gratis con una entrenadora personal que te ofrece consejos para mujeres en función de tu menstruación o metabolismo. Próximamente habrán opciones premium como dietas personalizadas, planes personalizados, chat directo con entrenadores cualificados y reconocidos del deporte... También incluiremos deporte para embarazadas y una rutina de ejercicios durante el embarazo, ejercicios pélvicos con los que fortalecer el abdomen o ejercicios específicos durante la menopausia.

💜 Comunidad

Sea cual sea tu nivel (principiante, intermedio o avanzado) o si vas a empezar a correr, pretendemos organizar quedadas de corredoras para que te resulte más fácil empezar a hacer ejercicio o participar en carreras y eventos relacionados con el deporte y la mujer.
